At The Kemach Foundation we believe that every person, regardless of age or financial resources, deserves a chance at success. We regularly assess the changing trends in the Haredi population and monitor the needs of the job market in conjunction with the Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Trade and Labor. Kemach professionals are updated on the current challenges facing a Haredi individual who wishes to integrate into the workforce, and take a diversified approach in resolution of the issues to pave the way for each person’s success as a self-sufficient, productive member of Israeli society. We strive to reduce poverty, eliminate welfare dependency, and improve the social fabric and tolerance in Israel.
Kemach’s vision is to ensure that every person who wishes to enter the workforce will have all the tools at his disposal to integrate seamlessly into a career best suited for his aptitude and interests. Our goal is to provide as many opportunities as possible to each participant, and to improve the social and personal development of their welfare and that of their family.
Kemach adopts a unique approach to work intuitively within the Haredi community and not merely on its behalf. We believe the Haredi world should be respected for their many talents. They are passionate and committed in their approach to life and work, making for credible and valued employees who seek success and a dignified career.
We value shared effort, professionalism, open-mindedness, strong job ethics, and enthusiasm for learning and for self-sufficiency. We respect the strong desire and willpower displayed by our many diverse participants, and admire their steadfast commitment to working equally in tandem with a Torah observant lifestyle.
